Requirements

Education

B.Sc in Textile Engineering

Experience

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements

Age At most 35 years

Must have Proficiency in MS office packagaes & Email correspondences;

Good command on writing and speaking in English;

Should be honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.

Responsibilities & Context

Handle the complete order process from product development, costing, sampling, order confirmation, production follow-up to final shipment;

Prepare and maintain TNA (Time and Action) plans and ensure timely execution of all order related activities;

Preparing fabric and trims booking, and proper follow-up with the suppliers on testing, approvals, and in-house all materials by ensuring the customer’s SOP & company policy;

Prepare accurate costing by negotiating with suppliers and internal teams to achieve competitive prices;

Monitor shipment readiness and coordinate with the commercial/logistics teams to ensure on-time shipment;

Follow up on production progress and identify potential delays or risks at an early stage;

Maintain proper records of orders, approvals, costing, correspondence, and shipment information;

Any other tasks assigned by the management.
