Job Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to create engaging, high-quality technical content for diploma students in electrical & civil engineering. This content aims to benefit students academically, in their careers, and in skill development. The role also involves creating motivational content to inspire students and providing practical insights by visiting industries and showcasing real-world engineering challenges and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Produce educational video content for electrical & civil engineering students.
- Write clear, accurate scripts and instructional materials.
- Ensure content is academically rigorous, accessible, and aligned with industry trends.
2. Industry Collaboration:
- Visit industries to film and document engineering processes.
- Interview industry experts to provide real-world insights.
- Host video content, presenting information engagingly.
3. Content Strategy:
- Stay updated on engineering and STEM education trends.
- Develop innovative content ideas on trending topics.
- Maximize student engagement and learning outcomes.
4. Course Development:
- Develop sample content for paid courses.
- Collaborate with academic institutions to tailor content to their needs.
Compensation & Other Benefits
During the 6 months’ probation period, the salary is 20,000 Taka. After probation, it increases to up to 30,000 Taka based on performance, with additional benefits as per company policies.
