Skill Requirements

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a stock controller position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve inventory issues quickly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records and conducting stock counts and regular updates to the management.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and other team members.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team when necessary.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

We are in search of a capable male Stock Controller with extensive experience in the garments sector to join our team. As a Stock Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory for the e-commerce platform. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing products, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring that our inventory levels are always up to date. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the garments sector and possess strong organizational and analytical skills. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a stock controller position.

Job Responsibility

• Regularly monitor and control the stock levels for our e-commerce platform, ensuring that inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular stock counts to verify the accuracy of inventory records and identify any discrepancies.
• Update stock records and databases with incoming and outgoing product information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the timely receipt and delivery of products.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and take appropriate action to minimize losses.
• Implement inventory management best practices to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Generate reports on stock levels, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators to management regularly.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management and stock control.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient stock management operations.

Employment Status

• 6 days/week (8 am – 6 pm)
• Probation period 6 months
