Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Candidates with Accounting or Finance qualifications will be preferred.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, ISP, Garments, Buying House, Travel Agent, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Group of Companies, Fast Food Shop
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

• Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate documentation of all store transactions (receiving, issuing, returning).
• Monitor stock levels and update management regularly on the stock status.Prepare and maintain proper records of stock movements through software and/or manual registers.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure timely issuance of goods and materials as per production or operational requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and other departments for stock and material coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the store area.
• Ensure compliance with store management policies and procedures.
