Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure proper store environment.
- Receive goods from factory or other depots ensuring proper documentation.
- Dispatch medicines from the store as per invoice complying with FIFO principles and also company rules and guidelines.
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly counting of depot stocks for proper inventory management.
- Ensure appropriate stock level for all products in coordination with DIC & RI.
- Ensure documentation of stock receipts and dispatch as per company rules and guidelines.
- Monitor the expiry status of medicines to avoid expiry problems.
- Ensure store safety and security.
- Provide support to DIC for better service to distribution personnel and sales team.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Management
- Maintain proper stock of carton, sutli etc.
