Responsibilities & Context
- Receive and record incoming materials into the store, issue and record materials removed from the store.
- Ensure proper storage of materials within the store according to stock locations.
- Make sure of input all daily transactions of materials and update the balance regularly.
- Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
- Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage and preventive pilferage.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of inventory.
- Assist Procurement department in forecasting material requirements.
- Should have a positive and flexible attitude.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Any other tasks assigned by management as and when required.
