The storekeeper will report to the head of Procurement and work in coordination with the other designated departments. • Real Estate Background Mandatory.
• Don’t apply if you are not from Real Estate Background.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
• Receive the goods from suppliers and check whether they meet the requirements mentioned in the purchase order
• Ensure that the materials are stored safely
• To follow-up overall inventory management.
• Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
