Responsibilities & Context
- Maintaining & following up on the Stock Register.
- To ensure requirements of all accessories according to buyer’s demand.
- Ensure all accessories are supplied to the factory according to consumption.
- To ensure all accessories inventory.
- Maintaining of Stock Register of all Imported Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment.
- To Face The Annual Inventory With The External & Internal Auditor.
- To ensure swatch and approval after receiving accessories.
- To ensure continuous communication with suppliers.
- To ensure that all remaining accessories are reported to the management after shipment.
- Maintaining & following up on PI, L/C, and Shipment Schedule (ETD & ETA)
- Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
- Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.
- Any other responsibilities provided by the reporting head and the management.
