Job Location: Hemayetpur ,Savar, Dhaka.

Responsibilities:

The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to stock control, stock management, purchase orders, and inventory control.
The role entails maintaining accurate records of stock, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient inventory management.
Manage and validate Bills of Materials (BOM) for production accuracy; ensure correct issuance against production orders.
Handle scrap material recording, disposal procedures, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain system-based stock control (ERP/SAP) with high accuracy and regularly update physical vs. system records.
Optimize warehouse layout for better space utilization, reduce handling time, and ensure smooth material flow.
Prepare and analyze key reports such as slow-moving/obsolete inventory, inventory ageing, consumption trends, and scrap analysis.
Train, mentor, and manage store staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Coordinate with finance for month-end closing activities related to inventory and reporting.
Maintain system-based stock control (ERP/SAP) with high accuracy and regularly update physical vs. system records.
Lead periodic stock audits (cycle counts, annual audits) and ensure resolution of discrepancies in coordination with internal audit teams.
