Ensure cleanliness and inspection of all rooms according to standards.
Protect equipment and address any deficiencies promptly.
Report damages, deficits, and disturbances to superiors.
Handle complaints and requests with professionalism.
Manage overall store operations from receiving materials to finish goods delivery.
Having standard knowledge on Tally software.
Develop and maintain store policies.
Maintain incoming and outgoing goods procedures.
Manage documentation including gate pass, challan, and invoices.
Prepare monthly stock reports and reconciliation summaries.
Support team members in their tasks.
Monitor safety in the store department.
Coordinate with various departments including Production, Logistics, and Accounts.
Provide regular reports to superiors.
Maintain First in First out (FIFO) stock method.
Carry out tasks assigned by senior management.
