Responsibilities & Context
Job Context
The Store Officer is responsible for managing store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining inventory records, and supporting production and shipment activities efficiently.
Job Location: Zirani Bazar
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain Buyer & Style-wise files along with PO Sheets, Work Orders, and Traceability Reports.
- Receive Trims & Accessories, Maintain Inventory, BIN Cards, and Registers.
- Prepare Floor Consumption based on Cutting Input Requisitions.
- After shipment, prepare Order Closing Reports and handle quarantine wastage, leftover, and rejected goods for disposal actions.
- Communicate with the Merchandising Team regarding order-related queries.
- Prepare and issue various Delivery Challans and Gate Passes.
- Ensure proper storage of stock to prevent damage, pilferage, or mixing with other orders.
- Prepared various documents for audit purposes and successfully handle external and internal audits.
