Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
Master’s Degree in any discipline/B.Sc. Engineering Degree/Graduation with experience.
Adequate knowledge on inventory management systems.
Knowledge on warehouse organization management and maintenance systems.
Sufficient knowledge on store compliance and safety systems.
Candidate having certificate of Supply chain management course will get preference.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Good typing speed in Bangla and English).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Age maximum 35 years.
No third class in any level of examination.
Competitive salary package as contractual employee.
Responsibilities & Context
a) Managing inventory and stock register of the IUB Central Store.
b) Takes over items from suppliers as per the Work Order of Purchase and Procurement Dept.
c) Monitoring Record of low stock of stores and inform the concern department well advance
d) Ensures quality of items supplied by the vendors before receipt and endorsement in the software.
e) Process requisition to the Purchase and Procurement Department based on the demand of the users.
f) Check the ground balance of stores with the software balance at any point in time.
g) Preparing monthly consumption report and submits to the DD, Facilities and Protocol.
h) Assists Sr. Estate Officer in organizing auction process related to store items.
i) Prepare monthly stock tacking report and submit to DD, Facilities and Protocol.
j) Performs any other task assigned by the DD, Facilities and Protocol.
k) Reports to the DD, Facilities and Protocol for any matters related to IUB.
l) Such other responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time by the authority.
m) You may be given additional responsibility related to the above terms or transferred to any other duties / place in the same status and emolument.
