Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in store of the distribution department in any reputed pharmaceuticals company.
• Experience in handling regulated, temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of warehousing and distribution practices.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical product handling and documentation.
• Expertise in cold and cool chain management.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage
• priorities. Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office package).

Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure the activities of store operation as per policy and guideline.
• Stores and Utilities to be kept clean.
• Maintain inventory to ensure uninterrupted supply and to avoid overstock.
• Stock keeping arrangement to be done perfectly and maintain the FEFO while arranging the product at store racks and pallets.
• Ensure for timely delivery of commercial medicines & Promo Items according to plan.
• Ensure stamping of territory and region code on products by Packers before GDN’s products checking.
• 100% Inventory and Batch accuracy to achieve.
• Ensuring temperature checking and recording regularly.
• Ensuring total control over receiving of date expired medicines and their storage.
• Ensuring keeping record in the file as per SOP.
• All invoice/STO received copies to be preserved systematically.
• Ensure All in-transit products are being received in SAP instantly after physically receipt.
• All outgoing products received copies to collected and preserved within 72 hours.
• Ensure safety and security of stores.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
