Responsibilities & Context
- Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per procedure.
- Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
- Need to generate Issue & Receiving challan, Ensure proper deliveries.
- Ensure proper store compliance.Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level.
- Monitor Bonded Warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely.
- Maintain Bonded Warehouse space management.Maintain Tally software based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
- To accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way. Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
- Systematic documentation.Clear knowledge to deal the customs audit .
- Proven experience to maintain all the store( Accessories, Chemical , Finish Goods & Wastage Store) in the factory premises.
- Any other assignment is given by higher authority.
