Experience: At least 02+ years experiences in Project Management.
Responsibilities & Context
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Lead the planning and coordination of major hospital events, including medical conferences, community health camps, promotional events and other health care-related activities. Ensure smooth execution of all logistics and communication to ensure success and maximize community impact.
Strategic Partnerships and MOUs:
- Draft, negotiate and manage Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with healthcare institutions, governmental organizations and other partners to foster collaborative initiatives, expand the hospital’s network and enhance service offerings.
Operational Analysis and Efficiency:
- Continuously monitor hospital operations, identifying areas for improvement in workflow, patient experience and resource allocation. Propose and implement strategies to streamline operations and improve both efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Reputation Management and Strategy Development:
- Develop innovative strategies to strengthen the hospital’s brand and reputation, including digital and community outreach campaigns. Ensure the hospital’s services are well-promoted across multiple platforms.
Project Management:
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality outcomes while maintaining cost-efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
