Responsibilities & Context

  • Strategize Key Retail Outlet (KRO) model in order to establish KRO as integral part of S&D organization.
  • Design & implement yearlong program targeting KROs to deliver business results on regular basis.
  • Manage KRO life cycle. It includes recruitment, development, replacement, KPI Exercise, performance evaluation to deliver result
  • Monitor individual KRO performance, collect regional views and take corrective action to improve performance
  • Recruit & manage vendor responsible for KRO gift procurement & management
  • Develop effective relationship through continuous engagement so that Banglalink gains supports to achieve its agenda.
  • Develop Monthly, Yearly & Quarterly budget and ensure all activities are executed within budget.
  • Strategize Brand Promoter operation model who will be solely responsible for acquisition through Door-to-Door campaign &/or event management
  • Appoint & manage MPA responsible for supplying Brand Promoters with predefined skills & experience. All these Brand Promoters will work under the stewardship of regional team.
  • Design & implement SLA for Vendor & Region that will act as guideline for Brand Promoter operation.
  • Manage Brand Promoter life cycle management which includes recruitment, development, replacement, promotion, salary revision, KPI exercise, performance evaluation etc.
  • Design & implement campaigns targeting Brand Promoters to drive result.
  • Strategize Banglalink Service Point (BSP) model who will be responsible for customer service
  • Appoint & manage MPA responsible for supplying CCR with predefined skills & experience.
  • Design & implement SLA for Vendor & Region that will act as guideline for BSP operation.
  • Manage BSP life cycle management. Scope includes recruitment, development, replacement, promotion, salary revision, KPI exercise, performance evaluation etc.
