Responsibilities & Context
Contract Period:
2.0 Years (having at least 02 years of work experience as a structural engineer)
3.0 Years (for fresher)
Must have IEB membership number
- Responsible for designing of all civil and steel structural works and good Knowledge of detailing R.C.C and steel structures.
- Producing detailed drawings, detailing structural systems, and preparing engineering reports and calculations.
- Perform design & drafting/ detailing using software Such as Etabs, Staad-pro, SAFE, SAP, Auto CAD, Tekla etc.
- Conduct regular feedback with the other team members (project Architects, project Engineers-Electrical and mechanical & plumbing).
- Analysis of configurations of the basic structural components of the building & other structures responsible for the structural design.
- Have adequate knowledge of Earthquake Resistance Design according to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), American Standard (ACI), and Uniform Building Code (UBC).
- Ensure that all indents for procurement of
- Extensive knowledge in connection design of Steel Structure Implementation Schedule as per targets set by Management.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
