Job Summary:
As a Student Consultant, you will guide and support students through the complex process of educational planning, college applications, and career selection. You will be responsible for understanding students’ unique backgrounds, goals, and preferences to provide customized recommendations that align with their academic and personal ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Advising & Consultation

Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their academic goals, career interests, and personal preferences.

Provide information and insights on various educational institutions, programs, scholarship opportunities, and career paths.
Application Guidance & Support

Assist students in navigating application processes, including essay writing, resume building, and interview preparation.

Review and provide feedback on application materials to enhance students’ competitiveness.
Research & Analysis

Stay updated on trends in education, scholarship opportunities, and admissions criteria.

Research and provide detailed insights into university programs, admission requirements, and student life.
Event Coordination & Workshops

Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, and webinars to promote services and engage with prospective students.

Host information sessions or workshops on topics such as study abroad options, financial aid, and career planning.
Customer Relationship Management

Maintain a database of students, track their progress, and ensure follow-ups at key application stages.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and academic advisors to foster trust and long-term engagement.
Documentation & Reporting

Prepare regular reports on students’ progress and feedback for continuous improvement of services.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, resources provided, and progress tracking for each student.
Marketing & Outreach

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies.

Represent NDA Immigration Consultant at school fairs, seminars, and online events to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
