Guide students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways tailored to their interests and qualifications.
Assist students with the application process, including form submissions, documentation, and visa processing.
Stay updated on educational programs, universities, scholarships, and visa regulations to share accurate and timely information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
Participate in seminars, webinars, and marketing campaigns to promote educational programs and services to prospective students.
Maintain regular communication with students to provide updates on application status, deadlines, and next steps.
Ensure all student records, applications, and communications are documented and maintained accurately in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on student inquiries, applications, and conversions to the management team.

Fluent In English

Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
