Responsibilities & Context

·       Provide personalized counselling to students and their families on study abroad opportunities, including course selection, university applications, and career pathways.

·       Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications, including documentation, essays, and recommendation letters.

·       Guide students through visa application processes and pre-departure preparations.

·       Conduct workshops and seminars on study abroad opportunities, application processes, and cultural adaptation.

·       Build and maintain relationships with international universities and educational institutions.

·       Stay updated on global education trends, admission requirements, and visa regulations.

·       Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Skills & Expertise

Customer Support/ Client Service

Excellent communication skill

Language skills both in Bengali and English.
