Responsibilities & Context
- Counseling & follow-up students for Malaysia university admission & tourist visas, document processing & online application.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by answering the inquiries.
- Achieve the service’s goal monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Assist and report to Higher-Level Management.
- Assist & prepare online university admission & visa applications.
- Preparation of different applications and advise to clients on supporting documents
- Client file management.
- Generate ideas to increase sales.
- Work as an expert marketer to achieve top sales.
- Communicating with various professional associations, universities & Clients.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Meet deadlines and prioritize workload under pressure.
- Other duties must be performed if assigned by Scholar’s Aid.
