Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday

Job Description: Kompass Education Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Coordinator to join our team. As a Student Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting students and their families throughout their educational journey abroad. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing student concerns, collaborating with admission specialists, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Student Communication: Engage with students and address their concerns with the help of admission specialists and other stakeholders.
Parent Interaction: Patiently deal with students’ parents, providing them with the necessary support and information.
Problem-Solving: Resolve student issues and provide guidance to ensure a seamless admission process.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and sincerely execute your duties.
Effective Communication: Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in using computers and various software applications.
Punctuality: Arrive at work on time and adhere to the company’s schedule.
Organization: Maintain an organized approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
