Key Responsibilities
As a Student Councilor – Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Client Acquisition: Leverage your strong client base to drive new student visa applicants to our office.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract prospective clients, including digital ads, social media strategies, and referral programs.
- Student Counseling: Provide expert guidance to students and their families on the student visa process, including document preparation, application procedures, and timelines.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, consultants, and industry partners to drive referrals and collaborations.
- Workshops and Events: Organize informational sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate students about visa processes and studying abroad opportunities.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest student visa policies, marketing trends, and competitor activities to ensure our services remain competitive.
- Reporting: Track and report on client acquisition metrics and marketing performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
We’re seeking a dynamic professional with:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, counseling, or a related field.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining a strong client base in the education or immigration sector.
- In-depth knowledge of student visa processes and international education systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
