Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Study Abroad & Immigration Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the study visa and migration processes, providing them with the best solutions tailored to their needs.

• Counsel students and professionals on study visa and immigration opportunities.
• Assist clients in choosing the right country, course, or migration pathway based on their qualifications and career goals.
• Guide applicants through documentation, admission, and visa application procedures.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, study programs, and visa requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and immigration authorities.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and maintain accurate records of applications
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct seminars and workshops to promote consultancy services.
• Manage social media pages
• Responsibilities of recruitment and ensuring that targeted number of student file is opened.
• Maintain good relationship with universities & other stakeholders.
