Summary

Provide one-on-one counselling to students on study opportunities in Europe, UK, Ireland, and other destinations.
Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes in detail.
Submit applications to foreign universities and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
Guide students through visa applications, document preparation, and interview training.
Stay updated on immigration policies, visa rules, and university admission trends for key study destinations.
Conduct daily calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads into enrollments.
Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and webinars to attract new students.
Use social media, phone, and face-to-face meetings to provide counselling.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on counselling and admissions progress.
Assist management with strategic planning, market research, and business development.
Handle student grievances and provide post-admission support.
Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management.
