Student Counselor

MHR Education – a leading study abroad consultancy and official TOEFL test centre has opened its new office at Gulshan-Badda Link Road, Dhaka, and we’re expanding our team!

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Education Consultant who can not only guide students but also generate and convert leads, meet monthly targets, and maximize file openings. The position offers unlimited commission potential for high performers.

You will:

• Counsel students for study abroad destinations including USA, UK, Australia, China, and Europe
• Manage end-to-end admission, scholarship, and visa processes
• Follow up with leads, ensure conversions, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Conduct in-person and online counseling sessions
• Represent MHR at education fairs, school visits, and promotional events

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor / Education Consultant
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and enrollment targets
• Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
• Knowledge of study abroad programs, work visas, and international education systems
• Organized, proactive, and performance-oriented mindset
• Be able to speak in front of camera confidently
