Additional Requirements

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Student consultancy, preferably within the Overseas Study abroad industry.
O Level/ A level background will get preference. Bachelor degree in any subject.
Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal. IELTS 6 will get preference.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Experience with content creation, social media management, and email marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.

Provide counselling to the students who are seeking UK/USA/EUROPE/CANADA/AUSTRALIA/ MALAYSIA and other study destinations.
Ability to forecast your application portfolio to a final enrollment to our team and partner universities through CRM
Liaise with Visa & Compliance Team to convert students in an ethical and compliant manner.
Liaise with our Partner Universities in a professional and timely manner.
Understanding Entry requirements of studying in Different countries.
Understanding the different admissions policies of our competitors, partners & other universities.
Interact and plan with clients via phone calls, massages, and mail.
Creating and managing students, maintaining visitors Databases, and regular follow-up with them.
Advice and guide students regarding study options, requirements, visa processing, and enrolment.
Communicate with foreign universities/colleges on behalf of the company.
Train the applicants for visa interview. Assist the students with the File Processing and Application Process. SOP (Statement of purpose) writing / CV making. CAS/ Visa Interview preparation.
Host seminars with prospective students regarding our promotions and services.
Have clear knowledge about steps of Visa Processing Immigration/Visit /Work Permit/Family/Immigration visa.
Work closely with marketing personnel to promote services.
Converse fluently in English for welcoming, guiding and handling foreign representatives.
