• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and understand their unique needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in English is required.

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Student Counselor to join the i-Global Services team. As a Student Counselor, you will play a crucial role in advising students on their study abroad options, helping them with university selection, application procedures, visa processes, and post-arrival support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counseling to students and their families on study abroad opportunities and processes.
• Assess students’ academic profiles, career aspirations, and interests to recommend appropriate universities and programs.
• Guide students through the application process, including documentation, deadlines, and scholarship options.
• Assist students with visa applications and ensure compliance with relevant immigration regulations.
• Organize and conduct informational webinars, one-on-one consultations, and group sessions to educate students about study abroad procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, educational institutions, and visa agencies.
• Follow up with students’ post-admission to ensure smooth transitions to their chosen destinations.
• Provide emotional and logistical support throughout the application process and upon students’ arrival at their destination.
