• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, CRM, and social media platforms.
• Strong marketing, sales, and client relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of air ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Prior experience with study abroad programs is a plus.
• Professional, confident appearance for client dealings.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: Visa Tea is looking for a dynamic and motivated Student Counselor to assist students with study abroad opportunities — especially for the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Sweden, and more! Additionally, the role involves contributing to Marketing, Sales, and Air Ticketing services. We offer full training, career growth, and a supportive team environment for the right candidates!

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding overseas education options.
• Assist students with university admissions, visa applications, and related documentation.
• Handle inquiries professionally and provide updated, accurate information.
• Participate actively in marketing and promotional activities (both online and offline).
• Apply sales techniques to achieve student enrollment and service sales targets.
• Provide basic support for air ticket bookings and travel arrangements.
• Guide and mentor junior team members when necessary.
• Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements in service delivery.
• Conduct meetings with students and families to understand objectives and budgets.
• (Optional) Participate in video promotions for social media campaigns.
