Additional Requirements

To consult with the students and guardians face to face, over the phone/online regarding admission procedures for selected countries.
Creating and managing customers, maintaining visitors database and regular follow-up. Need to upload students’ Documents to our own CRM systems.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as per required students’ necessary documents, received emails and application process.
Keeping up to date with immigration laws for UK, Aus, Canada etc.
Hit the deadline and monthly sales target
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling
Organize events including meetings, seminars, workshops, and focus groups, and produce subsequent reports & presentations.
Assist in preparing various reports on consulting
Participating on Social Media LIVE session when required
