Responsibilities & Context

“We seek an education consultant to join our student-focused organization. The ideal candidate has classroom experience, a passion for helping students reach their potential, and mastery over the current research on how to drive student achievement and optimize educational choices.

• Evaluate existing educational programs, systems, and structures and analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Conducts assessments to determine the educational needs of clients or institutions. 3.
• Evaluate educational strategies and resources and propose evidence-based solutions.
• Helps Students /clients identify the most relevant educational and training programs to meet their career goals.
• Ensures educational programs comply with relevant standards and provides training and professional development sessions on best practices for educators to achieve those goals.
• Recommends and implements technology solutions, guides integrating technology in the classroom, and evaluates the impact of technology on student learning outcomes.
• Builds student/client relationships, manages expectations, and provides excellent customer service and support.
• Keeps abreast of current educational policies, regulations, trends, and research.
