Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities
- Good understanding of the Visa application process, and documentation requirements.
- Assist & prepare online visa applications.
- Preparation of different applications and advise clients on supporting documents.
- Process university and visa applications from initiation to completion phase.Client files management.
- Must manage client expectations, providing honest and transparent advice on the likelihood of a visa application’s success and potential delays in processing times.
- Provide an understanding of required visa documents to students.
- Must maintain accurate records of all client interactions, visa applications, and related documents.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department on various achievements.
