Additional Requirements

• Age 26 to 35 years

• Experience working in renowned study abroad consultancy firms
• Proven expertise in handling UK and Australia student counselling and visa processing
• IELTS Overall Band Score of 6.5–7.0, or an English Medium background (O Level and A Level preferred)

Responsibilities & Context

• Guide students through the end-to-end process of applying to universities in the UK and Australia, including course selection, application submission, and document preparation
• Provide expert counselling on study abroad opportunities based on students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and visa eligibility
• Handle visa application procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy requirements and immigration policies for the UK and Australia
• Follow up with students via phone, email, or in person to ensure smooth progress through each application stage
• Maintain accurate records of student profiles, application statuses, and communication logs using CRM systems
• Coordinate with university representatives, partner institutions, and embassies for timely updates and collaboration
• Assist in organizing and participating in seminars, webinars, and education fairs to promote study abroad services
• Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets as set by the management team
• Stay informed about IELTS score requirements, language proficiency standards, and scholarship opportunities for partner universities
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling student information and sensitive documentation
