Additional Requirements

Expertise (Mandatory) and expectations: Must possess a clear understanding of application portals such as Apply Board, Adventus IO etc.
Must be fluent in searching and finding correct information on university websites;

Will be Receiving documents from the students and validating for accuracy;
Will be creating students’ profile on university application portal and common application portals;
Will coordinate with the counsellors and students to keep their information updated and advise on next moves;
Must be comfortable with making cold calls and responding to queries from social media.
Receive and validate documents from the students and initiate the application process in a fast and accurate manner.
Throughout this process, maintain instant, good communication with the student and the counseling unit.
Create students’ profile in the university application portal and complete the application.
Coordinate with the students to advise on their next course of actions in the entire application process.
Document all office activities in a prompt and transparent manner.
