Responsibilities & Context

The Study Abroad Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the Study Abroad Business Unit at eduaid. This role includes ensuring smooth workflow, leading study abroad teams, managing relevant stakeholders, planning marketing initiatives, and driving overall growth. The position requires strong leadership and a customer-centric approach to ensure high-quality service and business success.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, supervise, train, and support the study abroad team to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), report to management, and take proactive measures to enhance productivity.
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with international universities, institutions, aggregator platform service providers, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate student admissions and visa approvals.
• Assist students in making informed decisions about courses, universities, and career pathways.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and organize events like admission days, seminars, and university outreach programs.
• Stay updated on visa regulations, admission policies, and global education trends
