Position Profile:

ACS is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Study Coach for a full-time call centre position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about our courses, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive yet empathetic approach, and a deep understanding of our educational offerings.

Primary Functions:

Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential students and their families, introducing them to ACS’s offerings and services.

Provide detailed and comprehensive information about ACS’s courses, including curriculum details and benefits.

Address inquiries and concerns from prospective students and their families, offering clear and tailored solutions to meet their educational needs.

Guide prospects through the enrollment process, ensuring they have a smooth and hassle-free experience from initial contact to course registration.

Perform consistent follow-ups with potential students to keep them engaged and informed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Work closely with the marketing and support teams to optimize outreach strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Highlights:

Job Type: Full-time, 6 days a week; total 42 hours per week (Contractual).

Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Department: Call Centre.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Total monthly salary of BDT 12,000, plus a KPI bonus of BDT 2,000. Additionally, there are opportunities to earn unlimited attractive sales incentives, with an average incentive of BDT 50,000 based on meeting sales targets.
