Education
Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience
At most 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 30 years
Basic knowledge of lithium-ion chemistries, charging systems, and circuit testing.
Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Good communication skills and physical fitness for factory-floor operations.
Recognized Polytechnic Institute/Public Universities will give preference.
Responsibilities & Context
Perform & monitor daily production and assembly of lithium-ion battery cells and packs connection, wiring and electrical installation according to approved procedures.
Assist/conduct in testing BMS (Battery Management Systems), cell voltage/capacity, charging and discharging.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Identify and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems in battery packs.
Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing machinery, electrical equipment and testing tools.
Ensure safety protocols and hazardous material handling rules are followed on the floor.
Maintain technical records, testing reports, maintenance logs, and other technical documentation.
Support new battery model development, testing, installation, and commissioning.
Assist senior engineers in improving battery efficiency, battery performance, and product reliability.
Prepare daily shift reports regarding output, defects, and machine status
Perform any other technical duties assigned by the department head.
