Requirements

Education

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Electrical
• Candidates having B.Sc in Engineering are preferable.

Experience

• At most 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 30 years

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a team player with good presentation skills.
• Should have a positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain self-composure in a high pressure workplace.

Responsibilities & Context

• Operate to Silo Control Room machine standard procedures and production related any work.
• Good computer skills and capable of handwriting.
• Mize Storage (Silo) related others work
• Plan appropriate methods and schedule for Installation of specific machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues to maintain and repair equipment promptly.
• Effectively communicating technical information to team members and the reporting authorities.
• Developing maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.

Electro Mechanical Work

Good communication skills in both Bangla English
