Responsibilities & Context
- Implement the preventive maintenance based on PM schedule of Injection & Blow molding machine.
- Coordinate with production & QC team to complete the machine’s adjustment related task.
- Maintain the machine check list as per standard.
- Checking the fire protection equipment’s to ensure it is effective when needed.
- Attend the workshop related works inside and outside of the factory.
- Maintain the corrective maintenance of all machine of factory.
- Attend and resolve the breakdown and reduce the breakdown time.
- Should have knowledge about PLC, HMI, automation, hydraulics operation of Blow molding & Injection molding machine.
- Able to do the maintenance work on Injection molding, blow molding, crasher, chiller, air compressor, Generator, Cooling tower etc machine.
- Should have clear knowledge about plastic Injection & Blow molding machine operation.
- Should have knowledge about substation equipment’s – PFI, Transformer, LT, Switchgear and others equipment’s.
- Report to concern manager for completing the maintenance related works on time.
- Any other task assigns by management.
