Responsibilities & Context
- Project Co-ordinate & Management with minimizing the challenges to done the job successfully.
- Plan and Develop the Project Idea to deploy.
- Monitor the Project Progress according to the project timeframe.
- Follow up the project execution and update the current progress to the higher management.
- Communication with clients, vendors and utilities for execution of project.
- Preparation of Gantt chart, Project organogram and project costing.
- Commercial Management.
- Engineering expertise on Surveillance Automation system (IP CCTV, Access Control, Conference System, Sound System, Networking Products, Video Wall, PABX, Automatic Doors, Parking Barriers and Fire Alarm & Detection System works.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, BOQ and project documents.
- Conduct site visits and inspections, project management, team coordination, collaborative work knowledge with clients and consultants.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
