Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years

• Must have experience in piling work and RCC frame structure building work, building finishing, architectural work and internal work.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
• Familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sub Assistant Engineer, Civil to join our team on a 01-year contractual basis, with the possibility of extension based on project funding and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at the project site.
• Conduct on-site investigations and feasibility (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Responsible for the project’s compliance with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
• Organize project work and assign technicians and staff specialists to tasks.
• Other Project management duties e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.
