Responsibilities & Context
- Follow the Standard Operating Procedure.
- Check electricity and 3-phase voltage.
- Set batching as per formulation in operation PC.
- Run all machinery by ensuring safety measures.
- Check the mixing uniformity of all raw materials.
- Ensure proper grinding of raw materials.
- Maintain various registers.
- Assist in periodic maintenance.
- Prepare all kinds of reports (die, roller, hammer knife, etc).
