Additional Requirements

Assist in planning and organizing production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets.
Monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
Ensure all products meet quality specifications by conducting routine checks and collaborating with the quality control team.
Coordinate with different departments (maintenance, logistics, and quality) to ensure uninterrupted production.
Maintain and update production records and reports for review by upper management.
Monitor and manage the use of raw materials, machinery, and labor to optimize resource utilization.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report to the maintenance team for timely repairs.
Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the production floor.
