Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Concord Pre-Sressed Concrete & Block Plant, Meghnaghat, Dhaka.
- Operate PLC based concrete batching plant and block press machine for production.
- Supervise & monitor the production process for quality production.
- Ensure production target with standard parameter and specification.
- Ensure machine check list (Given by Technical Team) before starting machine& during running the machine to avoid any risk.
- Maintain up to date record/report for Besser, Zenith 900c machine, Poyatas, T-Ten.
- Assist to Technical Team to maintain scheduled and corrective maintenance according to plan.
- Ensuring periodic calibration of batching plant with Electrical & Mechanical department.
- Prepare everyday breakdown sheet of machine and report to respective management.
- Keep machine surrounding neat & clean to create a good working environment.
- Enforce health & safety measures to avoid unwanted situation.
- Optimize resources and process to minimize cost
