Additional Requirements
- AC related experience in any others Air Conditioner manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
- Should have very good skill in Microsoft Excel.
- Positive Attitude and good communication skill.
- Must be very good at team work, calculations and analytical skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Monitoring & Supervising Air Conditioner section and working as shift in charge.
- Prepare regular production report, breakdown report, repair report, wastage report etc.
- Conduct development work such as training, 5S, SWOT, Skill Matrix etc. in section.
- Ensuring quality & target achievement.
- Verify BOM (Bill of Materials) and checking BOM Vs. Job Costing with PIP and assembly line.
- Cost analysis & cost minimization of concern section.
- Maintain 5S on the floor.
