Responsibilities & Context
- Managing, Supervision and Contract Administration of all Civil Related works under the guidance of the Project Management team.
- Proficiency in ERP Software, AutoCAD, M.S office, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Scheduling, checking and monitoring of works.
- Bill checking, estimation, preparing budget.
- Coordination between various disciplines of work and ensuring timely completion of civil works.
- Prepare cost estimation and compare the current market price of product & service.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors & other professional staff, surveyors & overall project Engineer.
- Preparing work schedule for each project.
- Any other task assigned by senior management.
