Additional Requirements

Oversee daily production activities during the assigned shift.
Coordinate with the team to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
Manage the Production Shift Supervisor, Foreman, operators, and other production staff in the Milling, Parboiling, and GL sections.
Ensure that production targets for the rice milling process adhere to SOPs and quality standards.
Monitor the performance and operation of the milling, parboiling, and GL sections to ensure proper functioning.
Plan and allocate resources, including raw materials and labor, to ensure smooth production.
Address any quality deviations immediately and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards related to rice mill operations.
Maintain accurate production reports and keep all bi-product data in accordance with SOPs.
Input production data, including machine runtime, downtime, production output, and wastage quantity, into the OEE sheet at the end of the shift.
