Education
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Diploma In Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
Additional Requirements
- Age 21 to 32 years
- Experience in Automation & PLC -related work will be given priority
- Experience in working with Injection Mold Machine &Mold
Responsibilities & Context
- Look after the Production floor & Maintenance (Mechanical).
- Assign and control the responsibilities of subordinates and ensure proper use of manpower to obtain optimum service of Production & Mechanical activities.
- Repair and maintenance machineries and monitor the activities of the mechanical workers.
- Continuously follow up activities and take measures to improve quality of production.
- Ensure proper implication of spare parts and its quality and report instantly if any problem arise to the Dy. Manager (Production. & Quality)/A.G.M (Production & Main.)/Director (Ops.).
- Co-ordinate departmental activities with others.
- Improve efficiency of Production related machineries
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance
- Diagnose machine problem and find remedy
- Responding to machine breakdown
- Monitor various machining process (Lathe, Milling etc)
- Maintain Machine records.
- To maintain AutoCAD & HMI Controller related work if necessary.
- To responsible for setting up new machineries & equipment.
- To take different measures for quick trouble shooting of machineries & equipment.
- To supervise & control all Mechanical & Production staffs.
- To ensure occupational safety in relevant places.
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
- To ensure maximum utilization of production machineries by proper maintenance (electrical/mechanical) to meet the maximum outcomes.
- To maintain all documents related to Maintenance & Production services in order and communicate effectively with regulatory authorities.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- To perform all other duties/responsibilities assigned by the management.
