Responsibilities & Context

Resource Integration Centre (RIC) is a national NGO since 1981 in Bangladesh. RIC is implementing “Improved income security through strengthened intergenerational groups for older people in Bangladesh (ISIGOP)” funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Federal Republic of Germany (FRG), Bangladesh in Pirojpur (Sadar), Narsingdhi (Sadar and Palash), Dhaka (Khilgaon) for the period from August’ 2024 – March’ 2026. RIC is seeking applications from potential candidates.

Major Responsibilities: Organize regular meetings at project-selected areas. Support MEAL coordination during visits. Supports monitoring visits. Share their project experiences and collect qualitative & quantitative data on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of the project at the subdistrict level/Monitor and evaluate program progress, ensuring timely and effective delivery of activities. Organize and manage ISHC members, leaders, and staff such as the 4 Sub-district monitoring facilitators, and local stakeholders (LGI and service providers) for the activities align with the strategic objectives and goals of the project. Facilitate the programme/ project survey works, maintain effective communication and coordination with local government officials, NGOs, and community stakeholders., Monitor expenditures and prepare financial reports in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or in a relevant subject.

Experience and Other requirements: At least 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within advocacy or development, experience working with Older People/on Ageing issues will be preferred organizations.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. proficiency in ICT such as MS Office, Virtual Office operations, etc., attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
