Responsibilities & Context
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and teach lessons strictly aligned with the latest CAIE syllabi.
- Exam Preparation: Train students in exam techniques, analyze past papers, and conduct mock examinations.
- Assessment: Set topical tests, grade assignments according to board marking schemes, and provide actionable feedback.
- Student Support: Identify struggling students and conduct targeted revision or remedial sessions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate tracking of student progress, attendance, and performance data.
